About Us

Capen Industrial Rehabilitation is locally owned and operated by Christina Casady, OTR/L, M.Ed. As her company’s reputation for excellence became more and more well-known, she gradually opened more offices to serve referral sources’ needs. We now have five offices: Tacoma, Kent/Renton, Port Orchard, Sequim, and Olympia. In the Kent/Renton offices, we offer Physical Therapy, Work Conditioning, Work Hardening, Activity Coaching/PGAP, Post Offer Testing, Ergonomic Evaluations, and FCEs. In Tacoma, Port Orchard, Olympia, and Sequim we offer functional capacities and ergonomic evaluations.
